Bought a Jimove MC Pro, Lance was super friendly and helpful. Prompt replies and Lance was very detailed with all of his explanations. Before buying the Jimove MC Pro from Eko Life Canberra branch, I have been making many enquiries the clear my doubts and the staff there, replied me patiently, even at that point of time I didn't even take the PAB Theory Test yet.On 23 Dec 2024, I visited the branch for a test ride and decided to buy it using my Grabpay Later together with CDC voucher.While making payment, I met with some issues and thus, Lance and Zavier helped me throughout the whole process (which required a few more troublesome steps) to complete the payment.I am grateful to Lance and Zavier for their awesome services and even now, they still answer my questions promptly.I received my items on 24 Dec 2024 without any delay. Tested the ride and so far, I am happy with it and really enjoy it.I will buy the maintenance package from them when needed.To Lance and Zavier,Thank you and good job. 👏👏👏😊😊😊

Recently purchased the eco drive v3 classic.not very satisfying by the function of the bike ,After battery fully charge the bike can't turn power on which makes it very troublesome and annoying.went to the shop for review and test out the battery by the mechanic and issue not resolve 😓 might return to the shop for repair agian.

Getting my first ever e-bike and I decided to get from EKO LIFE, the person that assist me through out is Ryan and this team. He even went on the extra mile of explaining the items that suits my needs. On 15th Oct, my husband and i decided to head down to EkoLife Canberra to enquire regarding the Jimove Mc i wanted. The moment we got there, just when i opened the door, we were approached and greeted nicely by a staff named Leon.Enquired him about the product and he patiently explained to us..Not only did he explained about the product, but he even explained the different types of payment methods and payment plans. He was so patient that it made it easy for us to understand.Without any hesitation, i purchased the product on that particular day itself..His assistant named Robert was also friendly and approachable.. Their service was so amazing it made us feel like we became friends right on the spot ? Do look for them if ure going there!

I was assisted by Lance in my purchase of the JIMOVE ebike. Throughout my purchase journey, Lance was able to assit me with my numerous questions. He was attentive and patient in providing details that only a professional and sincere salesperson could. His responses were swift and he even provided me with information on how i could obtain a LTA ebike licence. Such a salesperson is one in a million and i am extremely lucky to have met him. I will definately recommend Lance to anybody looking to purchase a ebike!

Looking for Tyre Repair and Replacement Services.Fortunately and happily, I found Eko Life.RESPONSE:Contacted them thru WhatsApp and their response was pretty Fast and Responsive. Was very happy on their responses.SERVICE:They are very helpful in arranging transport for my ebike n myself.I was greeted upon arrival and they are very helpful and courteous.JY, the technician was skillful and Replace my tyre in a good time that I don't have to wait long to collect my ebike.Once done, they asked me to test my ebike if its OK.EXPERIENCE:Overall, the experience was Exceptionally Good.HIGHLY RECOMMEMDED if you need to help on your bike.

I went to research to find a repair for my ebike & it happen this shop is near to my place so i don’t have to go travel so far so i can say it really worth because they will help you to check first & it will inform you to know what is the issue of my ebike eventhough i need to wait another 3 days but they managed to fix it well. Although other shop i got ask but some of the shop unable fix but some shop will charge more price but this shop is really worth for you those in budget. I will recommend for those who want to get a repair ebike/ bicycle, go to this shop. Thank you🙏🏻
