Warranty Clause:

  1. Eko Life will only honor Warranty Repairs based on Supplier discretion. This means that warranty repairs will be provided in accordance with the policies and guidelines set forth by the respective product suppliers.
  2. The product warranty period varies depending on the specific products and components. If you are unsure about the warranty duration for your purchased item, please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification. It is essential to note that the warranty may only cover the replacement of defective parts and may not include labor, transportation, or other associated costs. Therefore, there might be charges applied for services, even if the product is within the warranty period.
  3. Baseline Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers all factory manufacturing defects. However, it does not extend to damages caused by wear and tear, water damage, or user-related problems. In such cases, repair or replacement services may not be covered under the warranty agreement.

Refund and Returns Policy:

  1. Our refund and returns policy lasts for a period of 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

    3. Agreed Upon Servicing Product
    4. Workmanship

Partial Refunds:

Late or Missing Refunds:

Refunds are applicable only for regular priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns:

Recommended Shipping Method:

For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
