Marcus Tan –
Thank you for your review, Celina. We appreciate your feedback on the eDegree EW11 electric wheelchair. You’re correct that the carbon steel frame is strong and durable. Regarding the folding mechanism, it is designed for ease of use and compact storage. Our customers have reported that the folding size is 94.5*39*73.5CM, which makes it relatively compact compared to other wheelchairs in the market. The eDegree EW11 has been a fantastic purchase for me. It’s very comfortable to ride, and the anti-tilt wheels give me extra peace of mind when navigating rough terrain. I wish the battery life was a bit longer, though.
Eldon Sim –
I agree with the reviewer that the eDegree EW11 Electric Wheelchair performs well on flat ground, but I do wonder if it’s suitable for uneven terrains? Does it handle gravel or sand roads effectively?
Michelle Chong –
Thank you, Eldon Sim, for your wonderful review of the eDegree EW11 Electric Wheelchair. I completely agree that it performs well on flat ground. Regarding your concern about uneven terrains, the Climbing ability of the eDegree EW11 is specifically mentioned as being suitable for inclines of <10° Degree. While it’s not designed to handle extreme or steep terrain, it should be able to handle gravel or sand roads effectively. In addition, the adjustable Anti-tilting Wheel feature provides extra safety on uneven surfaces. If you have any further questions or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to ask us. – Your eDegree Team. (Randomly yours)

Wong Mei Li –
I love the feature of the adjustable anti-tilting wheel – it’s a lifesaver when navigating uphill roads! The 5-speed control is also super useful. However, I did experience some overheating issues with the motors during extended use. Hopefully, the manufacturer can address this in future updates.
Liwen Chan –
I’m quite impressed with the build quality of the eDegree EW11. The anti-fall castor is a lovely feature, and the 5-speed control allows me to adjust to different situations. Can the electric mode be switched off when in manual mode?
Lance Lee –
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the eDegree EW11! We’re glad you’re pleased with the build quality and features. Unfortunately, our electric wheelchairs are designed to operate in electric or manual mode, and it’s not possible to switch off the electric mode when in manual mode. However, the manual mode does allow for more control and flexibility. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Does the 360° joystick controller have an adjustable sensitivity option?
Michelle Chong –

The 360° joystick controller on our eDegree EW11 Electric Wheelchair does have a switchable function for the joystick position, but unfortunately, there’s no adjustable sensitivity option available. However, the controller is designed for intuitive and smooth control, providing a comfortable riding experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Tanisha Goh –
I have been using the eDegree EW11 for a month now, and I must say it’s a solid product. The range is a bit less than 15km as advertised, but it still gets me where I need to go. The electric mode is super convenient, and the manual mode comes in handy when I need to maneuver in tight spaces.
Kelly Lim –
What is the maintenance cost for the Lead Acid Battery?
Marcus Tan –
Thank you for reaching out about the maintenance cost of the Lead Acid Battery in the eDegree EW11 Electric Wheelchair. The good news is that Lead Acid Batteries are relatively affordable and have a low maintenance cost. On average, it’s recommended to replace the battery every 2-3 years or when it reaches 300-500 charge cycles. Replacement cost can range from $50 to $200, depending on the seller and the quality of the battery. However, we recommend checking with local authorized retailers or service centers for more accurate quotes. For regular maintenance, we recommend cleaning the battery terminals every 3-6 months and keeping the battery away from extreme temperatures.
