Before purchasing I actually message this friendly fellas on TikTok from which they whatsapped me and send me pointers on what to do and what not to do. After some advice I took the pab test again they had good advice and how to make it stress free Z I manage to pass the test at 98.9% pass rate thankfully .. then upon my friend advice .. I decided to look upon second hand even though my first response is to buy new. After trying the second hand I decided the service on the second hand was decent enough to save some money . Encountered a huge problem during the payment . Thankfully they are flexible enough to be ok partial in cash and grabpay. Was able to settle it without worrying about high cost too. All in all I Bought a second hand ebike . Process was fast. Thanks to Robert for assisting. Top quality service from Robert even to assisting to putting device in my ride home affixing pedals and rack. Also staff were straightforward in explaining the terms and conditions. And transferred the ownership alrdy just one day after dealing. Hope to deal again with them soon.

Recently purchased the eco drive v3 classic.not very satisfying by the function of the bike ,After battery fully charge the bike can't turn power on which makes it very troublesome and annoying.went to the shop for review and test out the battery by the mechanic and issue not resolve 😓 might return to the shop for repair agian.

As 1st time ebike users, We did out homework online on the different brands of ebikes, sellers and finally decided on visiting Eko Life (Tai seng) . We were promptly served by Marcus and he provide wonderful suggestions . We managed to get 2 ebikes that fit our budget and rode them home on the same day. Very horrible service, brought my fiido for the 199 package upgrade and waited 4 days just for them to tell me they don't have the xod brakes that are included in the package and want to change for a cheaper brand lebycle and still want to charge me same price. Then suddenly they ask for 100 top up for them to install higher end brakes, the xod on their website is $109 while the brakes they recommended dyisland mt600 is $160, so I asked them why am I topping up $100 instead of $51, I should be paying the price difference between the two right?? And they say it's for labour charge. Why suddenly want to charge for labour when it's alr included in the package that they don't have and still advertising?!?!? I would not have minded paying another 51 on top of the 199 package but 50% more than the cost of the package is too much.

Online service also very horrible,they take very long to reply and only have to call then they repond, this really wasted my time and petrol had to wait almost 6 days to get it back with nothing done.
