Using full carbon, the Volck Carbonite EX weights only at 8.4kg, equipped with the full Shimano Dura-Ace set, the bicycle qualifies as a professional standard road bike.
Unique features
Equipped with the Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 2*11 Speeds Shifter & brake lever, brake calliper, derailleur system, Cassette Sprocket, Crankset and Bottom Bracket – setting the Volck Carbonite apart as a top-tier road bike. It also comes with a reliable and comfortable Fizik saddle that is known for its comfort during long rides. The drop carbon fiber handlebars also allows the rider to to lean forward when riding, increase aerodynamics.
Wheels
Rolling on Continental Ultra Sport II 700 x 25C tires coupled with the carbon rims that increase the bicycle’s durability as well as performance. The tires are used by professional cyclists due to its adaptability to speed and control.
Frame
Manufactured from Toray T700 Carbon Fiber with aerodynamic contours. The bicycle has a wind tunnel design and internal cable for decreased wind resistance. The frame is also engineered in Japan to adopt a professional “0” air resistance frame. The frame also has a unique galaxy paint job, increasing the attractiveness of the bicycle.
Safety
Equipped with the SHIMANO’s SLR-EV dual symmetric pivot design and the short-arm DURA-ACE R9100 series calliper brakes. With the twin bearings and a roller to increase the efficiency and precision of the brakes.
