Before purchasing I actually message this friendly fellas on TikTok from which they whatsapped me and send me pointers on what to do and what not to do. After some advice I took the pab test again they had good advice and how to make it stress free Z I manage to pass the test at 98.9% pass rate thankfully .. then upon my friend advice .. I decided to look upon second hand even though my first response is to buy new. After trying the second hand I decided the service on the second hand was decent enough to save some money . Encountered a huge problem during the payment . Thankfully they are flexible enough to be ok partial in cash and grabpay. Was able to settle it without worrying about high cost too. All in all I Bought a second hand ebike . Process was fast. Thanks to Robert for assisting. Top quality service from Robert even to assisting to putting device in my ride home affixing pedals and rack. Also staff were straightforward in explaining the terms and conditions. And transferred the ownership alrdy just one day after dealing. Hope to deal again with them soon.

Before buying the Jimove MC Pro from Eko Life Canberra branch, I have been making many enquiries the clear my doubts and the staff there, replied me patiently, even at that point of time I didn't even take the PAB Theory Test yet.
On 23 Dec 2024, I visited the branch for a test ride and decided to buy it using my Grabpay Later together with CDC voucher.
While making payment, I met with some issues and thus, Lance and Zavier helped me throughout the whole process (which required a few more troublesome steps) to complete the payment.
I am grateful to Lance and Zavier for their awesome services and even now, they still answer my questions promptly.
I received my items on 24 Dec 2024 without any delay. Tested the ride and so far, I am happy with it and really enjoy it.
I will buy the maintenance package from them when needed.

Enquired him about the product and he patiently explained to us..

Not only did he explained about the product, but he even explained the different types of payment methods and payment plans. He was so patient that it made it easy for us to understand.

Without any hesitation, i purchased the product on that particular day itself..

Very horrible service, brought my fiido for the 199 package upgrade and waited 4 days just for them to tell me they don't have the xod brakes that are included in the package and want to change for a cheaper brand lebycle and still want to charge me same price. Then suddenly they ask for 100 top up for them to install higher end brakes, the xod on their website is $109 while the brakes they recommended dyisland mt600 is $160, so I asked them why am I topping up $100 instead of $51, I should be paying the price difference between the two right?? And they say it's for labour charge. Why suddenly want to charge for labour when it's alr included in the package that they don't have and still advertising?!?!? I would not have minded paying another 51 on top of the 199 package but 50% more than the cost of the package is too much.
after cancelleling the package they had to put back everything that was taken out and was clearly simply anyhow done,the brakes and the switch for the light on one side of the bar completely switched sides and the other side is normal and all the wiring is horribly done with the brake wiring infront of the fork and not behind and anyhow zip tying my wiring wrap which left and dent in it after removing, and my rear brake suddenly feeling alot softer than the other. Mechanic seems to take no pride in his work and it was clearly and completely anyhow put back together even after showing them a picture how it was originally.
Online service also very horrible,they take very long to reply and only have to call then they repond, this really wasted my time and petrol had to wait almost 6 days to get it back with nothing done.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED IF WANT TO REPAIR OR INSTALL ANYTHING GO FALCON PEV THEIR SERVICE 10TIMES BETTER AND MECHANIC ACTUALLY DOES A GOOD JOB

RESPONSE:
Contacted them thru WhatsApp and their response was pretty Fast and Responsive. Was very happy on their responses.

SERVICE:
They are very helpful in arranging transport for my ebike n myself.
I was greeted upon arrival and they are very helpful and courteous.
JY, the technician was skillful and Replace my tyre in a good time that I don't have to wait long to collect my ebike.
Once done, they asked me to test my ebike if its OK.

EXPERIENCE:
Overall, the experience was Exceptionally Good.

I went to research to find a repair for my ebike & it happen this shop is near to my place so i don’t have to go travel so far so i can say it really worth because they will help you to check first & it will inform you to know what is the issue of my ebike eventhough i need to wait another 3 days but they managed to fix it well. Although other shop i got ask but some of the shop unable fix but some shop will charge more price but this shop is really worth for you those in budget. I will recommend for those who want to get a repair ebike/ bicycle, go to this shop. Thank you🙏🏻
