You can do an ebike trade of any brand of ebike, not just those purchased from Eko Life.

No, proof of purchase is not required but you must have the ownership on One Motoring.

No, as far as LTA is concerned they will release liability from you once you have transferred your ownership to us.

What happens to my old ebike after I trade it in?

Do you refurbish traded-in ebikes for resale?

Yes, suitable ebikes are refurbished and resold. In some cases they may be disposed and parts will be repurposed (if possible).

Non-resalable ebikes are responsibly recycled or disposed of according to environmental standards.

Cases like this do happen when the LTA system has a bug. In cases where you are contacted, screen shot your ownership transfer date and furnish it to LTA case officers directly. Should you receive the fine dated before your ebike trade in date; you will be liable to pay for the traffic fine.

Yes, we offer various installment plans for qualifying customers for the remaining balance from the ebike trade in to upgrade to newer models.

Payment will be done within 1-2 weeks to you via bank transfer or PayNOW; we do not dispense cash.

Yes, you can also choose to have a high value ebike trade in and downgrade to match the ebike trade in value so no further payment is required.

Yes, you can save the hassle and have the credit in your wheel-points account for up to 6 months to be used on other invoices and spendings at any of our Eko Life outlets.

This is possible only after we transfer the value to you and you make arrangements directly with the installment companies. We are not able to do direct payments to any installment companies.
