You can choose 0% Credit Card (up to 12 months), BNPL via Grab/Atome (about 3–12 months), or Easyride (up to 24 months) for the lowest monthly amount. We’ll help you pick the plan that fits your budget.

Either is fine. Many customers ask a family member to apply using their credit card or app account, while the chair is billed to the user’s name and delivered to their home.

• Credit Card: just a valid card.

• BNPL (Grab/Atome): an active app account and a valid ID.

• Easyride: NRIC/FIN, proof of Singapore residency, and recent salary slips (a co-applicant may be requested for longer tenures).

BNPL usually splits the purchase with no upfront payment. Credit Card and Easyride may have provider/admin fees depending on the bank or financier. We’ll show you the exact monthly before you confirm.

Yes. Many customers bundle seat cushions, batteries/chargers, ramps, baskets, extended warranty, and servicing packages into the same plan (subject to provider limits).

Yes. We deliver to your home, unbox, adjust the chair to fit, and show basic operation and charging. We can also schedule a follow-up check if you need more help.

Usually yes. Credit Card 0% plans generally allow early settlement (bank rules apply). BNPL/Easyride policies vary—check your provider’s terms for any early-settlement fees.

The provider may charge late fees and, for credit cards, your bank may add charges. Keep your card/app details up to date and watch due dates—if something changes, contact us early and we’ll guide you on next steps.
