Does anyone know how to adjust the sensitivity of the alarm system? Sometimes it gets triggered by minor bumps or vibrations, which can be a bit annoying. Otherwise, I really like this product!

Regarding the alarm system’s sensitivity adjustment, I’ve checked with our team and it seems that the device is designed to be quite sensitive to vibrations and bumps. However, if you find it getting triggered frequently, please try adjusting the armrest height or the bike’s seat post to reduce the vibrations reaching the sensor.
