Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality ebike.

To answer your question about water resistance, our product is designed to be water-resistant, but it’s not fully waterproof. The ebike is protected against splashes and rain, but it’s not suitable for submersion in water or prolonged exposure to heavy rain. We recommend avoiding riding in heavy rain or waterlogged conditions to ensure optimal performance and lifespan.

    How long does it take to fully charge the YY Ebike’s battery? Are there any features to help prevent theft?

      Thank you for reaching out about the YY Ebike ROGI KING+! Our 48V 24ah LG battery can be fully charged in approximately 6-8 hours using a standard 2A charger. As for preventing theft, the ebike comes equipped with a U-lock and a 2-stage alarm system. However, we also recommend registering your ebike with the LTA to enhance security.
