I bought my first e-bike from them. I bought the ALPS S7DR via their Whatsapp number.Mike (if I'm not mistaken) that served me was very accommodating with my queries as it was closing time when I messaged them.After sales, Mike kept in touch with me by informing me everything is being process and also informing me my plate number.Would have given a 5 stars if it not for the delivery hiccups but aside from that, I believe they are a good bike shop and very accommodating and their product knowledge were excellent.Highly recommended.

Very good service here. I repaired my e bike here a few times already. The previous time, the brake sensor was too sensitive and they repaired it for me for free. This last time I had an accident and smashed 1 brake lever and dislodged the other. After repair and paying, I realized that there was no power when I cycled. They rectified it for me and even apologized to me after that.

UPDATED: Would still give zero stars if possible.Purchased a Mobot Leader from them in January (deposit paid) and eventually received in February. Since then, no end of issues.The first bike, the folding mechanism snapped open on my ride home whilst on a 4 lane road. Replacement was ordered and arrived mid Feb. Brakes on were given to me in a dangerous condition and had to be fixed.Returned in March due to continuing brake issue and a constant creaking (turns out the mechanism was once again an issue). At that point I’ve given up and handed it back, requesting a refund.I’ve been offered two solution:- $1000 (purchase price was $1500)- Replacement bike (original model not available and too tall to fit othersNeither solution is acceptable and I have constantly been requesting a refund and have still not received. I do not think this is unreasonable given the multitude of issues, delays, time spent sitting in their shop waiting for fixes and time spent requesting refunds.Eventually, we agreed they could resell the bike on my behalf. They sold it for $1300 which I accepted (loss of $200) but then the kicker… it took 9 further days to get the money off them.Whole saga lasted 6 months from putting down a deposit to getting some of the money back.Awful customer service, avoid at all costs.

Bought the PMA for our old man &was served by Mike.His service was superb excellent.He's very friendly & really patient with all our queries. The moment we got there, just when i opened the door, we were approached and greeted nicely by a staff named Leon.Enquired him about the product and he patiently explained to us..Not only did he explained about the product, but he even explained the different types of payment methods and payment plans. He was so patient that it made it easy for us to understand.Without any hesitation, i purchased the product on that particular day itself..His assistant named Robert was also friendly and approachable.. Their service was so amazing it made us feel like we became friends right on the spot 😂 Do look for them if ure going there!
