Bought the PMA for our old man &was served by Mike.His service was superb excellent.He's very friendly & really patient with all our queries. From the day we query to purchase until after delivery, he still checking with us on the PMA if we have any problem. He even go to the extra by taking few videos to show our old man how to operate..it's a wow wow service I should say. Dear company, please gave Mike a token of appreciation for his extra mile service which he really deserve it for his good customer service. Getting my first ever e-bike and I decided to get from EKO LIFE, the person that assist me through out is Ryan and this team. He even went on the extra mile of explaining the items that suits my needs. On 15th Oct, my husband and i decided to head down to EkoLife Canberra to enquire regarding the Jimove Mc i wanted. The moment we got there, just when i opened the door, we were approached and greeted nicely by a staff named Leon.Enquired him about the product and he patiently explained to us..Not only did he explained about the product, but he even explained the different types of payment methods and payment plans. He was so patient that it made it easy for us to understand.Without any hesitation, i purchased the product on that particular day itself..His assistant named Robert was also friendly and approachable.. Their service was so amazing it made us feel like we became friends right on the spot 😂 Do look for them if ure going there!
