Before purchasing I actually message this friendly fellas on TikTok from which they whatsapped me and send me pointers on what to do and what not to do. After some advice I took the pab test again they had good advice and how to make it stress free Z I manage to pass the test at 98.9% pass rate thankfully .. then upon my friend advice .. I decided to look upon second hand even though my first response is to buy new. After trying the second hand I decided the service on the second hand was decent enough to save some money . Encountered a huge problem during the payment . Thankfully they are flexible enough to be ok partial in cash and grabpay. Was able to settle it without worrying about high cost too. All in all I Bought a second hand ebike . Process was fast. Thanks to Robert for assisting. Top quality service from Robert even to assisting to putting device in my ride home affixing pedals and rack. Also staff were straightforward in explaining the terms and conditions. And transferred the ownership alrdy just one day after dealing. Hope to deal again with them soon.

Before buying the Jimove MC Pro from Eko Life Canberra branch, I have been making many enquiries the clear my doubts and the staff there, replied me patiently, even at that point of time I didn't even take the PAB Theory Test yet.On 23 Dec 2024, I visited the branch for a test ride and decided to buy it using my Grabpay Later together with CDC voucher.While making payment, I met with some issues and thus, Lance and Zavier helped me throughout the whole process (which required a few more troublesome steps) to complete the payment.I am grateful to Lance and Zavier for their awesome services and even now, they still answer my questions promptly.I received my items on 24 Dec 2024 without any delay. Recently purchased the eco drive v3 classic.not very satisfying by the function of the bike ,After battery fully charge the bike can't turn power on which makes it very troublesome and annoying.went to the shop for review and test out the battery by the mechanic and issue not resolve 😓 might return to the shop for repair agian.

On 15th Oct, my husband and i decided to head down to EkoLife Canberra to enquire regarding the Jimove Mc i wanted. The moment we got there, just when i opened the door, we were approached and greeted nicely by a staff named Leon.Enquired him about the product and he patiently explained to us..Not only did he explained about the product, but he even explained the different types of payment methods and payment plans. He was so patient that it made it easy for us to understand.Without any hesitation, i purchased the product on that particular day itself..His assistant named Robert was also friendly and approachable.. Their service was so amazing it made us feel like we became friends right on the spot ? Do look for them if ure going there!

I went to research to find a repair for my ebike & it happen this shop is near to my place so i don’t have to go travel so far so i can say it really worth because they will help you to check first & it will inform you to know what is the issue of my ebike eventhough i need to wait another 3 days but they managed to fix it well. Although other shop i got ask but some of the shop unable fix but some shop will charge more price but this shop is really worth for you those in budget.
